(6) Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

Now then, if your version states that "God desires all mankind to be saved," then we are assured of this:

Isa_46:10 Telling from the beginning, the hereafter, and from aforetime, what has not yet been done. Saying,
`All My counsel shall be confirmed, and all My desire will I do.'"

So there is no getting around it. God really will have all mankind to be saved because
  • there is only one God, so there are no other gods who can thwart His will in this matter.
  • there is only one mediator between God and humans, the man Christ Jesus. So He has mediated the matter to bring this about.
  • Christ gave himself a ransom for all. Since all have been ransomed, all must be freed from slavery to sin and death and freed into God's salvation.

Anything which contradicts the above cannot be the truth. You can go to Saviour of all Fellowship, universal reconciliation, salvation of all mankind to read more on this matter.
First, how and why did Paul's opinions, written in letters to his friends, become the literal Word of God?

And second, what exactly is humankind to be "saved" from? Death? Despite all of your pronouncement, it is to be noticed, as it always HAS been noticed, that all living things die. Like the 2,000 year old empty claim that Jesus is just about to return at any moment now, your pronouncements are entirely contradicted by all experience and observation. This is generally referred to as "reality."

God is going to reconcile all in the heavens and all on the earth to Himself, making peace through the blood of Christ's cross (Col.1:20). The believer is reconciled NOW (Col.1:21) so this assures us the rest of mankind will be reconciled to God later.

All that is not of God and resists God will be destroyed.
Universal salvation is a false doctrine of devils and liars.

Someone else's God says that all will be saved. Your God says otherwise.

Which God should we believe?

Their God is the same, but he didn't even say that.

Jesus never even implies let alone says ... "well, on second thought, UR."
As you said, Universal salvation is a false doctrine of devils and liars.

God said:
“Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels "

"If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will reject you forever."

"...whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin.”
which that is a never ending period (aka "age") that God says in multiple different ways:
‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’ ...

(His answer) And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.’
or
"And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever. There will be no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.”

or
"And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the
beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever."

Now you see the contradiction! Good for you! These people don't see it but you do!

Jesus seeks the destroyed sheep until He find them.

That is not very nice that you call God a devil and a liar.

Ephesians 1:9-11 making known to us the secret of His will (in accord with His delight, which He purposed in Him)" (10) to have an administration of the complement of the eras, to head up all in the Christ - both that in the heavens and that on the earth" (11) in Him in Whom our lot was cast also, being designated beforehand according to the purpose of the One Who is operating all in accord with the counsel of His will,

So the church is going to take part in heading up ALL in the Christ, both all in the heavens and all on the earth, in Him in Whom our lot was cast ALSO..

Since the believer's lot is cast in Christ ALSO, this means that in the future the rest of all in the heavens and all on the earth are going to be headed up in Christ because their lot was cast in Christ too.

Not just death, but eternal separation from God. If you are right and I am wrong, then I have wasted my life. If I am right and you are wrong, you have wasted eternity.
