However what you meant for evil and to insult me, God meant for good so I would understood what your problem is.................. that simply put is I serve God the Father of Jesus Christ of Nazareth while you serve the God of your imagination

So yes your confession is true

Bitterness, will consume you.
No insult intended.

Then, or now.

I have no bitterness towards you and have already forgiven you.............. and it is not my problem that you have never apologized for what you intended as evil

Since once again you have fired the first shot........... are you willing retreat and allow the Op's post to continue with out being hijacked by you?

Start with baby steps why? Because God wants us to reach him as if a child not a complex adult full of unforgiveness, bitterness and chronic sin . Navigate gradually with prayer and try to hang with believers.

There was never an evil intent, but you are free to maintain that thought.

It's not a competition. We probably don't believe in the same physician, the one I turn to for all things as never shown any resemblance of a tyrant.

There's a way to approach God, even when you're on your own, and it's not associated with asking for things - that comes later. Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise. If you struggle whipping up thanks and praise, start with Meditating on Him, but thanks and praise are a key. And then you gotta ask. He is our Abba, literally Daddy.

How do I open my heart, I keep praying but nothing works.
And also what are steps of faith? What does that mean. Thank you
What a sweet request.
I haven't read anything else here yet.

Just reading it opened MY heart more.

Be silent and look within. Ignore all external sensory distractions and quiet your mind. Remove any emotional anxiety and trust that God is there in love. This can take a long time because the typical mind is so active with thoughts, feelings, and concerns. You must try to control and quiet them all. For non-meditators, sincere and deeply devotional prayer in the manner of simply loving and seeking the love of God helps to achieve it. Speaking prayers is often counter-productive because it keeps the mind active.
