I surely didn't forget them--- They are-- a worldwide brotherhood, unified in love, peace and thought, no division=1Cor 1:10-Taught to be no part of this world-- carrying on the house to house work Jesus started when he sent them out by two teaching--the good news of Gods kingdom. The work that was to be continued until the end( putting Gods kingdom first) Matt 6:33-for his( Jehovah) righteousness sake.

perhaps instead of being too much concerned with who else is "out" or "in" with God (and making lists thereof) we might ALL really be concerned with ourselves and the times we may have failed individually and collectively to truly live out our belief in Christ. we may all say we believe the "truth" but do our actions (the "fruits" of our faith) always show that? I know that all too often my ACTIONS of pride, greed, lust, slothfulness, and yes, my "hardness of heart" and my quickness to anger and slowness to forgive have at times made me an "enemy of the cross of Christ" (Philippians 3:18) no matter how hard I may say WORDS that say I'm sincerely "all in" with God in Christ.

sadly, don't think I'm completely alone in this and likely many of us "Christians" should be concerned about that passage in scripture (Matt. 7: 20-22) which says "...no one who cries out 'Lord, Lord' will enter the kingdom of heaven (even if they work all sorts of wonders )... but only those who DO the will of my Father"---unless they bring forth the good fruits of mercy and charity to others as a merciful and loving God has already given them.

think our blessed Savior originally made that challenge to his listeners in general and to His disciples especially---who is really following Him by really "walking the walk"?---and the challenge remains for us every day to prove to ourselves, to the world, and to He we claim to follow that we are indeed "pro" and not "anti" Christ.

as the great "funny paper" theologian Pogo once said (or maybe should have said, LOL), "we have met the enemy (of Christ) and (sometimes) he is us."

wishing all a blessed commemoration of the passion, death, and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. .
