Perhaps the "God" you know doesn't exist. He might just be a figment of your imagination, because he bears little resemblance to how God has described himself.

I do not have the same requirements. I do not submit to men. I never substitute my own good judgement for theirs. Ever. I do not allow men to make decisions for me. Ever. I do not submit to sinners. The idea is astonishingly silly.
A more blatant and prideful lie, I have yet to see on these forums. Everyone submits. 'Cept for the Pope, of course, and you ain't him.

You are mistaken. You, an admitted sinner, cannot see the forest for the trees.

Men have described your God. Men like you who are sinners, and expect women to submit to a sinners authority. Seems silly, and weak and selfish. An obvious male fantasy power play.

I have no doubt the God I know exists. We exist peacefully, and are great friends. Despite difficulty and hardship, life is good, and enjoyable, fun, and full of love.

I would not trade my faith and judgement for yours. You are a sinner.

I speak fact for myself. I do not lie. I like who I am. I like, and enjoy my lifelong relationship with God.
Unlike men. I do not expect you to submit to my faith. I do not need the fear of punishment to be a good person. You might.

I happen to enjoy this Pope and would love to share a Cosmo with him. You have inspired me to write a letter to him.

No...I actually base my knowledge of God off of what HE has said about himself, not men. Nor is my opinion of God based on emotions or personal feelings.

And my God calls you a sinner. How do we know who is right?

Your God calls you a sinner. That is all you can say.

I am unconcerned with what you believe your God says about me. You are a sinner. The men of the bible are sinners. Somehow those sinners expect me to submit to their authority. Sin blinds you.

God gives you no authority over me. It is that simple. Your bible is written by sinners, and men who thrived on soft porn.

In fact, God does not call me a sinner. It is hubris to think you speak for God. Your knowledge is limited to one book.

You are an admitted sinner. Your beliefs are based on sin.

According to Jeff, sinners put up walls between themselves and God. You are not exactly the best person to speak about what God thinks. Your book was written by sinners. You base your life on sinners. It seems none of you can stop sinning.

Who is right? The better question is who is to be believed? I do not believe sinners. Their honesty is questionable.

I will not submit my good judgement over someone who sins like crazy every day. The expectation is ludicrous.

I am still interested in your favorite cake though.

I never suggested I have any authority over you.

Actually, he does. You're a human being, and he said all human beings are sinners.

Don't believe me. I'd suggest you believe what God has said.

Good for you. You shouldn't submit to my judgement.

I've always liked a good carrot cake.

Mmmm Carrot Cake.

Little bits of organic carrots sweetened with cinnamon honey. Cream cheese frosting sweetened with creamed brandy honey from Mepkin Abbey. The Monks make awesome honey blends.

The men in your book call me sinner.

I do not sin whether you believe it, or not. Meh.

I know what God thinks of me. There are no walls between myself and God. According to Jeff, sinners like the both of you put up these walls.

What you believe about me is inconsequential when we have moist carrot cake in common. mmmm.

God disagrees.

What's interesting is that you and others here attack me and my fellow Christians because we have the nerve to suggest that we believe what God has said about himself....but you and the others instead believe whatever you want about God (or even that he doesn't exist) and it's considered perfectly normal.
