Steve's Christian Flag Page

"I pledge allegiance To the Christian Flag
And to the Savior,
For whose Kingdom it stands.
One Savior, crucified,
risen and coming again,
With life and liberty
for all who believe."

I'm going to get me one, and it's going to fly way up high, right alongside Old Glory...at our prayer chapel....

This is a nice site, Bud. Thank you. I have seen this flag flying before. Can't remember where exactly, but it was obviously a place of faith. Still love your family chapel. One day, hope to have one of my own. For now, I would settle for just a 'quiet' place. (said the mother of five)

We say the pledge to the Christian flag, along with the pledge to the Bible and the American flag before each Bible class at the Christian school I work at (I'm a preschool teacher). Love it!

For those who don't know it, here's the pledge to the Bible

I pledge allegiance to the Bible
God's Holy Word
I will make it a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path
I will hide it's words in my heart
So that I might not sin against God

I had never heard that pledge before, but I LOVE it!

Thanks Deb

We also say both of these pledges at our church. During our vacation bible school last summer we made lamenated copies of both prayers and put magnets on the back so that the kids could put them on the refrigerator. By the end of the week all of our 23 kids had the pledges memorized. It's good for the parents too. I still have mine hanging on the board above my computer...
