It's already unanimously agreed that newborn babies who die at birth go to Heaven. But since they are not Christians at all, they are still UNsaved. So doesn't that mean that the UNsaved go to Heaven? Granted, the point has been made that the babies go to Heaven because they are innocent. But that point is totally wrong because Romans 3:23 states unequivocally that "ALL have sin." ALL obviously includes those babies.
Still God can save the newborn babies who pass away with prayer by Jesus Blood before they pass on ....... So Jesus must have intercessors praying for newborn babies and aborted babies , and children under the age of understanding , Which He probably does ...... See anointed Christians of sovereign authority can ``ask forgiveness`` for unsaved people and even animals like pets and God will forgive them temporary , so intercessors must be Working For God

Everybody continues life and learning does not end at death. Every single still born child, every single aborted child and all the children who have died don't go to hell, they have to be raised in order to make their own choices whether on this Earth or another one.
Just my opinion but if a baby dies, he is going to live his life sooner or later and maybe he does go to heaven but he would be flying around God's head until his time lol.
Babies don't go to hell, but then I don't even believe in a hell like most believers.

Because of inherited imperfection from father Adam a babies leanings will grow toward wrongdoing.
As Romans 6:7 says the dead are freed or acquitted from sin. Not meaning now innocent but as a governor can pardon a person so the crime charges No longer stick, Jesus can pardon a person so the sin charges No longer stick.
However No, like righteous Jesus, at death dead babies go to biblical hell ( grave )
The day Jesus died Jesus went to: hell - Acts 2:27; Psalm 16:10
Jesus did Not teach being awake at death but the dead being in an unconscious state like sleep - John 11:11-14
Jesus was well educated in the old Hebrew Scriptures which also teach ' sleep in death ':
- Psalms 6:5; 13:3; 115:17; 146:4; Daniel 12:2,13; Ecclesiastes 9:5
So, dead babies sleep in death ( R.I.P.) until a future resurrection - Acts 24:15 - during Jesus' 1,000-year rule over earth.
Dead babies can have a happy-and-healthy 'physical resurrection ' back to human life on earth during Jesus' millennium-long day of governing over earth when enemy death will be No more - 1st Corinthians 15:26

Yes, dead babies can live their life -> ' later '
Please notice Acts 24:15 because the ' future tense ' is used that there ' is going to be ' a resurrection.......
Those who died before Jesus' died, and babies who have died can have a healthy physical resurrection being restored back to fleshly life on a beautiful paradisical earth during Jesus' coming 1,000-year governmental rulership over earth when those ' asleep ' in hell, that is ' biblical hell ' the stone-cold grave for dead mankind, are awakened from death's deep sleep - Revelation 1:18

Haven't the majority of mankind lived and died without ever hearing about Jesus? That includes the pre-Christian Jews.
What good would prayers do for those of Hebrews 6:4-6 ?_____ or those of Matthew 12:32_______
Can anyone pray away what God has already judged as guilty and Not being cleared - Exodus 34:7; Psalms 7:11; 92:7
All who have died before Jesus' died, who are Not condemned by God, can have a resurrection to either healthy physical life on earth, or for those called to heaven - Revelation 20:6; 5:9-10 - they are already judged as righteous.
Those on earth who prove faithful by the 'end' of Jesus' millennial reign over earth can then gain happy-and-healthy everlasting life right here on a beautiful paradisical earth when ' enemy death ' will be No more - 1st Corinthians 15:26; Revelation 22:2

Does it? I'd say that "all" refers to "all who are in a position to have sinned." Babies are not in a position to have sinned, because they are incapable of making moral choices. They are incapable of intentionally violating any of God's commandments.
It's already unanimously agreed that newborn babies who die at birth go to Heaven.
"Universally agreed????
It certainly is NOT "universally agreed". Where do you get such a preposterous, baseless, and patently false idea from?
Since it seems to be a clear teaching of the Bible that the unbaptized do not go to heaven, it is a most ancient Christian belief that unbaptized infants are among those who do not go to heaven.
Here is Gregory Nazianus, preaching at Constantinople in AD 381:
"It will happen, I believe . . . that those last mentioned [infants dying without baptism] will neither be admitted by the just judge to the glory of Heaven nor condemned to suffer punishment, since, though unsealed [by baptism], they are not wicked. . . . For from the fact that one does not merit punishment it does not follow that one is worthy of being honored, any more than it follows that one who is not worthy of a certain honor deserves on that account to be punished."
Augustine, writing 40 years later, went further, and said that the unbaptized -- including infants -- went to hell.
Thomas Aquinas (early 13th Century) rejected this harsh view, and while he did not say that unbaptized infants went to heaven, he said they did not receive the torments of the damned, but instead had natural (as opposed to supernatural) happiness available to them. This is the idea of "limbo", which is a theological opinion that has been accepted by millions for centuries. Even now, the question is not settled; note, for example, the Catechism of the Catholic Church's statement that "As regards children who have died without Baptism, the Church can only entrust them to the mercy of God, as she does in her funeral rites for them. Indeed, the great mercy of God who desires that all men should be saved, and Jesus' tenderness toward children which caused him to say: 'Let the children come to me, do not hinder them,' allow us to hope that there is a way of salvation for children who have died without Baptism. All the more urgent is the Church's call not to prevent little children coming to Christ through the gift of holy Baptism."
Catch that? The largest branch of Christianity says that the best we can do is hope that unbaptized babies go to heaven -- be we cannot be SURE of that.
For you to claim on your own ignorant authority that "it is already unanimously agreed" (Ha!!! Just what do you think "unanimously" means, anyway??????) is utter nonsense.
