I stopped worrying along time ago.Maybe somewhat concerned at times, but worry, not. Jesus gave this instruction for his reasons. No amount of worry will ever change the circumstance or the outcome of any problem. What do you think Jesus meant by his words
and/or do you worry?
If we're worrying about what's going to happen or not happen. That's us not trusting the Lord and basically saying that what he has to say may not come to pass. And often that lets our plans interfere with God's then making us lord of our lives. I would have to admit that I do worry, I definitely struggle with certain issues, but I do have faith that I will be delivered from it. And I think fighting it off with scripture you have memorized will help you in times of worrying.

Heb.4:16
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

What a wonderful promise~
Blessings
