Fundamentalist ideologues are fearful and filled with hate. They will deny it till the cows come home. They will call their brothers and sisters sinners and immoral. When you deny your brothers and sisters their civil rights you support hate. They use God to spout their hatred and fear.
Your LGBTQ brothers and sisters are not sinning. They are getting married, raising their families, paying their taxes, and contributing to the community like the rest of us. Fundamentalist ideologues want to look into their bedrooms and intimate lives.
I do not hate fundamentalist ideologues. I happen to like when they show themselves. I like knowing who and what they are. I prefer correcting them.
