Mt 5:28-29 is talking about adultery that involves at least one married person. OTOH the OP speaks of an unmarried person looking at porn. It would only be adultery if the porn he looked at & lusted after in his heart were one or more married females. The passage of Scripture says nothing about lust or sex between single people being wrong.

did you know that humans are capable of not lusting? ..we can see naked bodies and Not lust after them?
we can see near naked bodies like in bike shorts and fall in love with the bicycle. an not be able to tell you what the bicycler looks like ...
you see when europeans encountered after being lost at sea and were found by native americans..
the natives of the most tribes on the coast at least the women were naked yet the europeans always describe the women as modest.

a few weeks ago I saw a fine male model on a bing Yacht in the Greek isles that triggered me and I knew it was a trigger.. I turned the page right away .
and then I thank God he makes such awesome creatures because even in our fallen state humans can be so beautiful!! I knew I shouldn't look at that one very long and it took only parts of second to realize just how perfect that one was.... just seeing him was enough to admire everything I had a legal right to admire. now if I had been LOOKing closer would mean looking at parts I had no right to bring to myself and thus possess. but that is why they put such beautiful male models on Yacht is too sell the idea that everyone that owns a Yacht will look like that guy to someone , if they look like that guy or not.. and every rich guy would want to look like that guy on a Yacht!!
