I have a problem with City-Data. The post number does not appear (most of the time). So what I suggest is to use the date and time. You are right. The problem will arise if we are from different time zones. At least, the name of the poster would match up.

Sunset comes which also starts the 14th of Nissan - (Jesus dies - "between the evenings" and is entombed that evening). The first DAY of the 3 days and nights is not until Thursday and the First Night of the 3 days and nights is not until Thursday night.

I have it all broke down on my website here:

When was the Crucifixion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ? – That Day and Hour…
How sure are you that Jesus died at sunset?

I have no doubts about it. I have seen nothing to consider otherwise.

This will cast doubt on you and those who believe that Jesus was crucified at Passover. If Jesus was crucified during the month of Nisan (March/April), there was still rainfall and it was dangerous to cross the brook Kidron. 1 Kings 2:37 states: "For it shall be, that on the day thou goest out, and passest over the brook Kidron, thou shalt know for certain that thou shalt surely die: thy blood shall be upon thine own head."

January - 142.2
February - 114.3
March - 99

Here is the rainfall in mm every month of the year of Jerusalem:
January - 142.2
February - 114.3
March - 99.1
April - 30.5
May - 2.5
June - 0
July - 0
August - 0
September - 0
October - 22.9
November - 68.8
December - 109.2

We will note that there is no rainfall from June to September. There maybe streams in Kidron Valley that fed it that the spirit of Ama said that the soldiers used the cross of Jesus as a bridge. So it does not dry up completely during the rainless months. During the rainy season from October to May, the stream on Kidron Valley becomes a torrent that it becomes dangerous to cross lest one maybe swept away and die. When Jesus crossed the Kidron Valley from Jerusalem to Bethany, Mount of Olives, and Gethsemane and back, it was summer.

None of this analysis changes any of my findings. By the way those amounts are in millimeters. Therefore, there would have been around an inch of average rainfall for April.

I have taken my page down as I review some dating issues. I don't care about being wrong, I just want it to reflect the most accurate information.

HeWillCome2040,
re: "During the Crucifixion, there would be around 9 hours of daylight."
re: "Wednesday April 25th (Nisan 13 ) – ... Jesus is crucified..."

Jerusalam 25 April Sunrise - 6:01 am
Jerusalam 25 April Sunset - 7:13 pm
Total - 13 hours 12 minutes
How do you come up with "around 9 hours of daylight"?

I state in the article that I'm counting the hours by what would be the equivalent of 80 minute hours. Remember, I'm not counting periods of twilight. Because at the time of twilight is when the new day would have begun.

Does this mean that you are redefining how time is measured? Why would you do that?
