Joseph Prince is a very popular preacher who I recently started watching on TBN. I really like him because his messages are so positive and encouraging. He is considered a "grace" style preacher, whatever that means. He may even be a universalist, but it's hard to tell.

What do you think of him?
I used to read his material in the early 90's , i came across one of this books at a flea market that was perfect timing for where i was at, at that time. Don't think he was a universalist, but certainly was not one from my recollection that preached salvation from hell.

Actually it was a guy called Derek Prince not Joseph that i was thinking of . I don't know who Joseph Prince is.
That's okay. I found some anti-JP links that showed similar statements anyway. For example, Joseph Prince said that the "wide road" leading to destruction refers to suffering in this life. Rather than the afterlife. He also notes how the number of saved people is "uncountable" in Revelation.
The fact that he is so accepted by certain people and ministers I know, tells me that I might agree with their churches as well.

Anyone who interprets scripture differently to mainstream beliefs is going to be critized, especially if it contradicts the seemingly unshakable belief of eternal hell and the scriptures it thinks reference it.
Prince has some good teaching on grace, but then he condones a little prosperity and faith healing as well. Finally he also just can't help lapsing into his word of faith roots. Regard anybody on TBN with great suspicion, and beware of those who would go and teach at Osteens place.
Ah, he speaks at Joel Osteen's...I like him even more.
