There is no such animal as a rapture, as CL said, you are reading things about an appointed day, but it sure aint no rapture, it is a division where if you are suddenly taken, it's because you died.
It was actually a nun named Mary something, I can't remember now, but do you know why she had to try to work out this theory in her mind?
It was because she recognized and truly believed that Revelation was pointing to the seat of the Anti-Christ and it was the 7 hills of Rome that it pointed to, and this presented a problem, obviously.
She had to find a way whereby Rome only became the seat of Anti-Christ because the saints must have been taken away, but seriously, in this day and age to still be believing in a rapture is odd.
You are looking at the words of Jesus speaking in Parables and thinking that what he says is literal but it is not.
FOR INSTANCE.
2 men in a bed, one taken, the other left behind, 2 women at the wheel, one taken, the other left behind.
The disciple asked Jesus,'' WHERE LORD, WHERE ARE THEY TAKEN?''
Jesus replied,'' Where so ever the body lays, it is RIGHT THERE where the vultures will gather to eat their flesh.
But this isn't even speaking of a division of the wicked and the righteous, but if it were, it is the righteous that are left behind ALIVE who are left behind, not the wicked. Each man's work will be tested by fire , and some will burn in those flames, and yet, still be saved.
''Two men in a bed, one taken.''
These MUST be separated because YOU are to become a submissive virgin to the will of your betrothed and so when God comes or when you die, there you will be, a virgin and her bridegroom.
If God comes and finds two men in a bed, it's because that person knew the truth, but instead of him becoming a submissive virgin to the will of the bridegroom, he sought his own way, and he sought his own desire, and most likely because of money, he made his own path and would not become a submissive virgin where the flesh is to serve the spirit.
''2 women at the wheel, one taken, and the other left behind.''
This person had no bridegroom, she didn't follow Jesus nor anyone else, and so she is CUT IN HALF dividing soul from spirit.
You are reading Matthew 24 like it pertains to the end of the world, but it is instruction FOR EVERY PERSON who is sacrificing and waiting for the return of the son of man INSIDE THEM WHILE THEY LIVE
That Lightning comes to the INNER MAN FIRST, and this is Judah, but it's brilliance is so bright and so strong that when it comes to the inner man in the East, IN JUDAH, it's brightness will be seen all the way through the outer man and IF IT IS TWO MEN, there he shall fall and the eagles will gather to eat him. If it is two women, then it will be right there where she falls and the eagles come to eat her. The coming of the son of man comes within you, and if the son of man comes in the last days, IT IS a circumcision, it is the wine harvest where there you are as the gathered grapes inside a vat, and God is going to step inside your vat to crush the grapes if you are not prepared and already observing the feast of nations.
Matthew 24
The Return of the Son of Man
(
Mark 13:24-27;
Luke 21:25-28)
26Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold,
he is in the secret chambers; believe
it not.
27For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 28For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
29Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
The lesson of the Fig Tree
(
Mark 13:28-31;
Luke 21:29-33)
32Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer
is nigh:
33So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near,
even at the doors.
34Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
35Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
Be Ready at Any Hour
(
Genesis 6:1-7;
Mark 13:32-37;
Luke 12:35-48)
36But of that day and hour knoweth no
man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37But as the days of Noe
were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away;
so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 40Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41Two
women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
45Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household,
to give them meat in due season? 46Blessed
is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
48But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
49And shall begin to smite
his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for
him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
51And shall cut him asunder, and appoint
him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
God has made YOU the keeper over HIS household, and YOU are appointed to raise his child in the milk of the word and YOU have to teach him the feasts OF MEAT, teaching him the meat of the word in the APPOINTED VISITATION DAYS.
And there is your problem, if you will not watch, then Christ is going to come to you as a thief when he breaks inside YOU, and everyone who is prepared is going to watch as your waters are divided standing on end like walls when what is under your waters is exposed for all to see because you did not have a covering, you did not have a Sukkah, YOU HAD NO IDEA.
But Paul taught his people the times and the seasons saying,'' You are children of light, it's not as if Christ could come on you and take you by surprise BECAUSE YOU KNOW THE TIMES AND SEASONS.
CRUISER, LOOK UP!
You see that servant who DOES NOT KNOW THE VISITATION DAYS OF HIS OWN MASTER? JESUS CAME TO HIM AS A THIEF, AND JESUS ALSO PROMISES US A WARNING IN REVELATION 3, DID YOU KNOW THIS? JUST AS HE WARNED THOSE FIRST DISCIPLES ABOUT THE COMING OF THE RAIN, HE PROMISES US A WARNING. Jesus says.,'' If you will not watch, then I will come on you as a thief, AND YOU WILL NOT KNOW THE HOUR OR THE DAY.'' What servant will refuse to learn the visitation days of his own master?
That servant will be cut in half, but notice how he is still alive AFTER being cut in half. That is what the division does, it cuts you in half, but it isn't speaking of your flesh, the wicked servant who doesn't know the visitation days of his own master is cut in half and appointed his place amongst the sinners, and these are still alive wandering about, outside the city gates.
ALL OF MATTHEW 24 is taking you STEP BY STEP in each of the fall HOLY DAYS, and it goes hand in hand with Revelation. Jesus is speaking of the Temple,'' YOU.''
