I've been married to an Atheist for over 40 years. She is nothing like the article describes. She is a humble, thoughtful person who is following her truth.

Anthony DeStefano: It’s important because it’s the truth. Bullies are usually cruel, arrogant, ignorant, intolerant, selfish, self-centered, often cowards and liars — and when you try to correct them, they usually throw temper tantrums. Well, that’s the perfect description of modern atheists.

sounds legit.

Their goal has been to totally eradicate religious beliefs from the public square. As I say in my book, there’s only one way to deal with bullies — and that is to stand up to them and fight them

Put up your dukes let's get down to it.

Secular atheists have a long history of intolerance and repression. It’s part of their DNA. It’s part of who they are.

If it's part of my DNA is unlikely I can change it.

COMMENTS
Lopez: Do you really believe your book can teach atheist readers humility?

???

Rather, I think they are practicing their own religion — a religion of unbelief — and I think they wish to spread this religion of nothingness to the whole world. In fact, their dogmas are so powerful that their whole thinking process is overwhelmed, and it’s extraordinarily difficult for them to be humble.

Unbelief is not a religion. Not being a Christian is not a religion unto itself just like not being Muslim is not a religion.

The religious keep talking like they are in the minority or something. I know many groups (like the one we came from) like to ostracize themselves and much as possible so they can try and wear the badge of "the few" but it's just not reality. Atheists are the minority.

atheism is a religion. A truthful atheist will say that they BELIEVE that there is no God. To say there is no God means that you are privy to all knowledge of the Universe.

Many confuse atheism with agnosticism. But they both something have something in common. Many follow that scientific farce as a religion. They will lie, cheat, and destroy people’s lives over it.

"Secular atheists have a long history of intolerance and repression. It’s part of their DNA. It’s part of who they are."
Really? What OTHER kind of atheist is there?

Did anyone actually expect good sense from this article?

Sounds like that many includes you. Few atheists will make the statement "there is no God". I don't believe the case for God has been made is not the same as saying the case against God is airtight either. Science is a tool.
