The words the Father spoke to Jesus. Do you think The Father was up in the skies with a bible open quoting scripture to the son ?. Jesus was seeing stuff he had never seen before, he knew what he was seeing came from the Father. He related God to the world in a whole new light by what his Father was showing him.
For I have given them the words You gave Me, and they have received them

Well, being that Jesus is G-d, he was speaking of himself...
No he didn't, he respected the law, but he taught something absolutely radical that came from the Father. I'm sorry to say, but the law is necessary for folk like yourself to keep you in line, but once you capture the essence of the teaching of Jesus Christ there is no going back to it'(the law).
