Unfortunately, it's not just about the priests. It's about the nuns, too.

The RCC has always gone though bad times but always survived. After all the Holy Spirit has promised the Church will last until the end of time.
It really looks like your focus is on the damage done to the Church. That damage was self inflicted. What about the kids that were put through this? What do you have to say about "The Body of Christ" being used as a vehicle to harm innocents? Is the image of the Church more important than them?

The church may survive, but the bible says christians will be hated, despised and even persecuted due to their beliefs, so there will be a time when being a christian is criminal.

It also says God will send a deception on the church, so all will believe the lie...hmm.

I believe some of these so called Christians are guilty of committing a criminal offense against innocent children. If the body of Christ doesn't hold them accountable, according to the law, then they are just as guilty as those who concealed the horrific things (acts) that have taken place. And, then you make some kind of flabbergast statement about Christian's being hated?

Well there are Christians being killed around the world just because they are Christian and for nothing else.

The Pope answered by NOT answering. The Archbishop correctly pointed out the Pope as instrumental to the massive problem, incapable of being part of the solution.

The flock should join in demanding the Pope resign. With NO role whatsoever in the RCC for the rest of his life.

If, they want to be humanitarians, let them show others their compassion without regard for gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation or national divisions in a peaceful way. But they shouldn't be going around pushing their beliefs down the throats of other people claiming Christianism is the only way. Therefore, repent of anything else you might have thought about. I find the top two religions in the world to be the most overbearing - when it comes to making converts or disciples. And, if this forum is any indication as to what they practice in other countries who would want any part of it? Especially, when it comes to extreme fundamentalists.
