The reason why the temple has not (and never will be) rebuilt is it gives the evangelicals something to promote prophecy, just like the alleged return of Christ..
It's no surprise that the devil thinks Israel commits war crimes. Truth is, God gave Israel the land, so defending it is not a war crime, especially when God fights for you.
It will be rebuilt, just as sure as Israel became a nation against astronomical odds.

I'm not sure why you are so optimistic in regard to the results of the Temple being rebuilt.
Jewish narrative has the Jews "resting", in the messianic time, as they do on their Sabbath. The messianic time is a metaphor for the Sabbath. Its the millennium after the first 6, or the seventh day after the first 6, by their calendar. That's the metaphor.
In their Talmud, no gentile is allowed to rest on any day of the week. That's right, they force laws on gentiles. However, they will "sit like a master and eat" while gentiles serve them in their messianic time. Their edicts are an overt advertisement for a master slave relationship between Jews and Gentiles in their messianic time.
