Jesus never called himself

Jesus was not the Messiah according to Torah. He did not fulfill the requirements. Since Jesus was a Jew, he knew the requirements of being a Messiah. Jesus never needed to be a Messiah. He wanted social change and care for women, children, and the sick. I am sure he was a gifted, extraordinary man.

There were quite a few men claiming to be the Messiah during the time of Jesus. Rome murdered every one of them, as they murdered Jesus.

I really hate that slap head icon, I would rather somebody say something bad to me than to see happy slappy head

Something bad, eh. I'm thinking...

Why should a person be concerned with either.
Look around you every day and you will see suffering.

Let them know the Lord loves them.

I love my 14ct gold crucifix with a stylized Christ on it. Bought it in Puerto Vallarta about 25 years ago. I do not “worship” or idolize it...I do love the beauty of the design.

Then what? You watch them suffer? Do you have an obligation to ease their suffering? Do you offer an ear to listen?

What ever they need.
I was thinking more about the basics, like food clothing, etc.
That's a start.
