The man simple prescibed a hypothetical then ranted about how he feel bad about his tattoos.
Guilting others about his own issues reveals a serious lack of maturity.

I saw a young woman at work the other day. She was very attractive, thin with long hair, and had business attire with shirt tail tucked in. First thing I thought was “she is visiting. No way she is from Portland”. Well, At least I had no impure thoughts . Ha!
