Saved by grace is lazy, weak-minded theology that appeals to the indolent. It's analogous to the Grasshopper and the Ant story.
If only Paul had said to the Jailer what is it you want to be saved? from, this saved from hell theology would never have gotten legs in the first place. Say for arguments sake It was from hell he needed to be saved from. Paul told him then, not only would he be saved but his whole household, i'm pretty sure them households back then were pretty big too. So what does the hell believing christian do with this ?.
And they said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, you and your household."
