But scripture sure did.......He wanted us to figure out it was impossible to keep and we needed HIM a merciful and gracious God to forgive us and give us eternal life after the cross........

23 for fall have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

We are as likely to keep the law as we are to jump to the moon..........

The law reveals sin but cannot fix it. (Romans 3:20)

If the law worked then faith would be irrelevant. (Romans 4:14)

The law brings wrath upon those who follow it. (Romans 4:15)

The purpose of the law was to increase sin. (Romans 5:20)

Christians are not under the law. (Romans 6:14)

Christians have been delivered from the law. (Romans 7:1-6)

The law is good, perfect and holy but cannot help you be good, perfect or holy. (Romans 7:7-12)

The Fulfillment of the Law
16 In the same way, let your light shine before men,

that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

17 Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets;

I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them.

18 For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away,

not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen,

will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.…

The NT teaches--- Law would be written on ones heart. If they had the love of the covenant Jesus brings. If one loves their brothers, a loving person wouldn't even consider stealing, coveting, committing adultery, etc, etc, etc all the way down the line. Instead-Peace, love, unity of the human family is Gods will. Its the ruler of this system in control down here. Jesus said that is satan, he is causing division.

Jesus said ``That except your righteousness will exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees you will in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven `` Matthew 5:20 ....... Were the Pharisees were arrogant with their religion , the scribes were the lawyers of the law ...... See the promise is that prudent in the law would be replaced by prudent in the spirit , still the ten commandments is inbred in the spirit of Christ ..... See the Holy Spirit will lock you in to your spouse if you listen to God so adultery rules would not be broken

New American Standard Bible 1 John 5:3
For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome.

You seem to like to quote the false prophet Paul, whose message is that good is evil and evil is good, and that you "surely shall not die" (Genesis 3:4), but be changed from corruptible to incorruptible in a twinkling of an eye. Kind of reminds me of the big lie of the devil. But the false prophet is not the devil, but simply a son of the devil (1 John 3:8).

"Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets; I have come not to abolish but to fulfill. 18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one letter, not one stroke of a letter, will pass from the law until all is accomplished. 19 Therefore, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5)
