Growing into it like a warm winter coat. You are a typical fundamentalist who hears and sees what you want to. Go back and read my post again. You don't even have a scripture that says Jesus kept the law perfectly his whole life. Paul says we are fulfilling the law WHEN we love our neighbor as ourselves. So are we supposed to try and keep the commandemnents?, not at all, Jesus told us to abide in love and continue there, why? because if we remain there we will become love manifested.

As the Father hath loved me, so HAVE I loved you: continue ye in my love
. John 15:9.

Just say he broke the law a couple of times his whole life, do you really think God would throw a wobbly and bring down condemnation upon him for doing so, do you not see how pathetic that kind of god is?.

You do know according to the scriptures he learned obedience, how do you think he got on before he learned obedience.

Sin has never come between God and man, a self condemned conscious has. God has never been against us for missing the mark, that attitude of God is let me do something for you that will free you from it. Sin never ever bothers me unless it is harmful to my neighbor, i don't take a blind bit of notice of what bible fundies label sin.

Here’s where G-d speaks of the New Covenant and who it is with:

Yirmiyahu - Jeremiah - Chapter 31

30 Behold, days are coming, says the Lord, and I will form a covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, a new covenant.

31 Not like the covenant that I formed with their forefathers on the day I took them by the hand to take them out of the land of Egypt, that they broke My covenant, although I was a lord over them, says the Lord.

32 For this is the covenant that I will form with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will place My law in their midst and I will inscribe it upon their hearts, and I will be their God and they shall be My people.

The New Covenant is obviously with the Houses of Judah and Israel...

Jesus broke the law multiple times in the gospels, and the Pharisees tried to use it as evidence that He wasn't from God.

It's why He said things like: If your ox falls in a ditch on the Sabbath, don't you pull it out? and Go and learn what this means: I would have mercy and not sacrifice.

Most Christians don't truly understand the nature of the person they are imitating. If they did, they would rebel against organized religion in the same manner.

Sometimes we act just like the "bad guys" in the story without even knowing it.

James 2:10 For whoever keeps the entire law, and yet stumbles at one point, is guilty of breaking it all.

And the ones who are grafted in?

You are playing a game of poker with people who are using a different deck of cards.

Perhaps you should start another thread regarding the validity of the New Testament as the word of God. I think it would bear significantly more fruit than your efforts here. It's obviously what you really want to discuss.
