Jesus said in the case of infidelity, one could divorce. Matthew 19.
The apostle Paul, who was tutored by Jesus, seemed to say in 1 Cor 7 that it's ok in the event of desertion. But he counseled to not remarry in such case.
Mark 10:12 is the only mention in the four Gospels where Jesus specifically mentions a woman divorcing her husband.
Mark 10:12 and if she herself divorces (ἀπολύσασα) her husband and marries another man, she is committing adultery."
Though it was against Jewish law for a woman to divorce her husband, it did happen. In Antiquities of the Jews, Josephus relates that Salome, the wife of Costobarus, sent him a bill of divorce after an argument.
''But some time afterward, when Salome happened to quarrel with Costobarus, she sent him a bill of divorce, and dissolved her marriage with him, though this was not according to the Jewish laws; for with us it is lawful for a husband to do so; but a wife if she departs from her husband, cannot be married to another, unless her former husband put her away. However, Salome chose not to follow the law of her country, but the law of her authority, and so renounced her wedlock; and told her brother Herod, that she left her husband out of her goodwill to him . . .''
Antiquities of the Jews, Josephus, book XV. chapter VII, section 10.
Another example is Herodias, the wife of Herod Antipas, who had left her husband, Herod II, Herod Antipas' half-brother, apparently sending him a bill of divorce, and then marrying Herod Antipas.
Herodias, also Herodiade (c. 15 B.C.E. – after 39 C.E.), was a Jewish princess of the Herodian Dynasty and queen of Galilee, best known for her portrayal in the New Testament as the wife of Herod Antipas who conspired in the death of John the Baptist.
The granddaughter of Herod the Great, Herodias was first married to her uncle Herod II, with whom she lived in Rome and Judea. While on a visit to Rome, her brother-in-law Antipas fell in love with her and proposed marriage, to which she assented. The couple then divorced their spouses and married each other.
Despite Jewish Law, Jesus recognized that women did leave their husbands, whether by a bill of divorce, or by simply leaving them out of desperation or for some other reason.
Having said that, concerning Mark 10:12, it seems that there are variant readings in which 'separation' rather than 'divorce' might have been what Jesus was referring to. Citing Dr. Walter W. Wessel who did the commentary for Mark in the Expositor's Bible Commentary, he made the following statement in a footnote.
Lane (p. 352) favors the reading, supported by the Western and Caesarean texts, that speaks of the woman ''separating'' (ἐξέλθῃ, exelthë) from her husband (without divorce) and marrying another man. His argument is that not only is the text tradition that supports this reading strong but it is particularly appropriate to the situation of Herodias and Herod Antipas. Taylor (pp. 420-21) also favors this reading. Cranfield (Gospel of Mark, p. 322), in support of the UBS text (followed by NIV), remarks. ''The words in Mk may represent an adaptation of Jesus' teaching to the situation of a Gentile church (Jewish law did not allow a wife to divorce her husband), or it may be that Jesus himself was looking beyond the custom of his own people (he can hardly have been altogether unaware of Gentile practice).''
The Expositor's Bible Commentary, volume 8, p. 712
However, as noted, Josephus stated that Salome sent her husband a bill of divorce. In the case of Herodias, whether by a bill of divorce, or by simply separating from him, she left him.
As the scripture you see so far , There is no legal provision for anyone getting divorced in the Christian rules , See the spirit of antichrist is the divider which is not of God .............But Jesus is the redeemer and Christians who ask forgiveness and repent and forgive others and prayer for God to renew the marriage could still brake the marriage off ........ Still it could be a mistake to run off and marry again .........Then if children are involved then you would have to break of curses of divorce on their lives as these curses come from fallen angels , but Jesus can break them off which could take years of prayer , as there are millions of fallen angels who curse ........ All in all Jesus can see your faith and only the haters can miss heaven

Proverbs 3:5-6 King James Version (KJV)
5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
But a couple of quick questions.
do angels have reproductive organs?
Are there female angels?
if not how does an angel population get large enough that “millions” flip off god?

Jesus was dead and never met Paul. Besides, Paul did not have a bible from which to learn about Jesus, as the evangelicals are quick to tell us, WITHOUT THE BIBLE WE WOULD NOT KNOW JESUS...
Ask any lawyer, YES a woman can initiate divorce.
Jesus said that the law allowing divorce was given because human hearts are so “hard” (meaning self-centered and unloving). Then again, when god commanded Israel to attack its enemies, Israel was instructed to take the women as their "wives." Leading one to believe that god approved of wife swapping on some level...

Yup. Thank God we live in a time and a place when we are free to do so when there is no longer any chance of reconciliation.
