True- God can and does use mans disobedience for the good. We however, would be better off initially doing His will- instead of disobeying.

Sure, but that is not what God said would happen.....what we have inherited is the chaos, Christianity has an inheritance in the kingdom of God with the Jews, and need to learn tolerance.

The old covenant and the new covenant are related

One is the flesh, the other is the spirit

Traditional Christianity were trying to take the kingdom for themselves, giving themselves the blessing and everyone else the curses, but that is not how God has set things up

A remnant of all are “saved” but they are only “saved” so they can benefit the rest

The diversity we see in Christianity today is nothing much compared with what it was like when Christianity originally started: First, you have the James & Peter camp (later called the Ebionites). Then we have the Pauline group. There was also the Gnostics. The Pauline group emerged the victor. Later, there was a split between the East and West of the Pauline church but it was quite minor. For example, one group accepted Hebrews in their scriptures but the other did not. They turned to the Shepherd of Hermas instead. But when Christianity was accepted by the Roman emperor, standardization became easier. After the Council of Nicea, there was no real major diversity. We may be divided into three large churches - RC, Orthodox and Protestant but the diversity is not as great as it used to be. By and large, we are all united in the Nicene Creed with very minor variations.

Cheerio!
