Even if a man could live a life without sin, he would still inherit the corrupted blood from Adam. This is why Jesus could not be born through a man. The good part for us is that through salvation, not only are our sins forgiven....but through our adoption into the family of God, our corruptible blood is also cleansed.
So, before God we are perfect through forgiveness and salvation, even if we are still in the flesh and blowing it.

Not if we crucify Him daily through iniquity.

Remember Jesus said many will say lord lord, and He will say be gone from me, i never knew you, ye that worketh iniquity.

Even Paul attempted to share the mystery of the quickened, transfigured.

1Cr 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

1Cr 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1Cr 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality.

1Cr 15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Immortallity must be put on, through the knowledge that Christ will reveal to one that travels far enough on the straight and narrow way, it is reserved for those that hunger and thirst after righteousness, for those that keep the first and great commandment to love God with ALL their heart, mind, soul and Strength.

godspeed,

freedom

Jhn 8:51 Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.
Jhn 8:52 Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death.

This was said at the ressurection of Lazarus, the context is physical death.

Jhn 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
Jhn 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

Mat 16:28 Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

Mar 9:1 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power.

Luk 9:27 But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.

Freedom, you believe some crazy things. You think there are people out there who have been living for thousands of years? I think you take the Bible too literally. I think by death, they could have meant going to hell and not living in eternal happiness with God.

First one must define "Perfect"
But my answer is No, it's hard enough trying to live a Holy and sanctified life;
How do you suppose a mortal man/woman can be perfect
I believe when we see Him ( The Lord) we will then be just like Him, which is perfect.
BTW as long as you have that little thing in your mouth call the tongue, it's impossible to perfect, try it

That's what the Scribes and Pharisee's said to Jesus when He told them as well. They wanted to stone Him, and He disappeared right in front of them.

Separation from God is the least kingdom and spiritual death is the step after outer darkness.

Jesus had a tongue, so did Noah, so did Job, so did Enoch, Elijah, John the beloved, John the Baptist.

Its not the tool that condemns, it is the use of the tool.

Depends on what is your definition of holy.

Hebrews 10:10
And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Hebrews 10:14
because by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy

Hebrews 11:40
God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect.

Here is what many do not understand.....whom has made us perfect.

We are made perfect...forever! On my own merit of course not. But because of Christ, yes.. because God has approved Christ's payment for us.

If we have no part in our perfection, then why are we called to BE perfect, if it is already done?
If we have no part in our perfection, then why are we called to Go unto perfection, and not lay again the foundation of Repentence?

We do have an advocate in Christ, and He is always there for us, and His sacrafice truly took Satans grasp away. But sin does not make perfection.
If we continue to walk in sin as a way of life, it will not lead to perfection, or becoming a Saint, or elect, or The Fathers pressence. No where does scriptures say that sin is acceptable in the kingdom of God.

Mat 19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
1Jo 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
1Jo 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

If we are called to keep the commandments, then it is not only possible, but expected of the sons and daughters of light.

godspeed,

freedom

Freedom, do you really think that there are people out there who have lived for 1000s of years and are still living?! If there are, why haven't we heard about them?

So you agree with the Assumption of Mary then?
