Actually I didn't. You said the base of the republican party was the people in the video and those people were Christians. I stated if that is what a Christian is then I don't want to be one (hence.. the "not mine" comment).
So I have a line. You obviously think that people like those in the video are representative of Christians. I don't. Thus.. if I don't how can I call them my brother or sister? Goes back to my question to you earlier if you call Mr. Phelps a brother of yours in Christ (which you've failed to answer).
I'm pretty sure I outlined that in the post above. I guess my presentation skills aren't up to par. My apologies
I wasn't aware that you considered the people in the video as representative of the base of the Republican party. If you do, fine. I don't. I consider myself part of that base and those people as fringe extremists. At any rate....whatever. And I never saw your question regarding Phelps, can you please show me where you asked that.

It wasn't intentional regardless of how twisted you think it was. It's pretty obvious how you feel about Christians bigthirsty, and I'm one so.....anyway, it really wasn't intentional. Truth be told that comment about the base of the Republican party caught my eye and I didn't even look at the vid...still haven't. Youtube isn't a main source of information for me except for Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster.....the videos on them seem pretty accurate
Well see in the eyes of many.. progressive Christians such as myself aren't really "Christians". So I wanted to make sure I got the true "Christians" to answer.
I've never heard of progressive Christians....I've just heard of Christians....so if you're progressive, what does that make me?
That you are uninformed if you believe Obama believes in murdering babies. Quite possibly that you get most of your information from some surivalist type website. I dunno. you tell me..
Maybe it is you who are the one that is misinformed. Planned Parenthood gave Obama a 100% rating as politicians go who are in support of abortion (murdering of babies)
Infact here's a video of Obama at Planned Parenthood. Enjoy
weird how the right wing is against "killing babies" but doesn't mind giving the "throat cut" action 43 seconds into the video..
stay classy republicans.
I'm beginning to get a real good idea of what the "base" is of the Republican party.
Where I say in the last sentence "I'm beginning to get a real good idea of what the "base" is of the Republican party."

Hey look. We are getting somewhere. So you don't believe they represent the base.
What would you consider the base? Are you a registered Republican who donates money to the party? I think this would be a great discussion. I think many people would like to know what the base of the republican party is.

I made a mistake. I had typed it and then thought it to be too rude. Good on me for taking it out. My apology.

Then it wasn't intentional. Case closed.

Oh how I'd love to respond to that cute little sentence in writing. Instead I'll go with

Not sure what to say to that. That kind of information is helpful to know before we get to far into any discussion.

Well you wouldn't know how accurate the video I posted was since you never watched it.

Do you believe Obama sits down at night and says "I believe in murdering babies."
or..
Do you believe that Obama believes that religious beliefs shouldn't supercede the individual rights of citizens in this country.
Because in the end we can either have a rational discussion about this or you can feel good and empowered to show as many abortion videos as possible. I don't care either way. However, the more weird videos you show.. the more I think..
Why hasn't Obama produced a "vault" copy of his birth certificate? Back in the early 60's when he was born, a person's birth certificate was filled out by hand and included a lot more information than the birth certificate that has been shown on the sites you mention. I was born in 1960 and along with all of the pertinent information about me (date & time of birth, weight ect.) it also shows my parent's names (my mother's maiden name) ages, where my parents were born, their address, the name of the doctor, the name of the hospital, ...heck, it even says what my dad did for a living. And it was signed by the doctor that delivered me. Obama's certificate shows none of that detailed information. If he had a "vault" copy he could show it and that would be the end of the discussion.
Oh good grief. Any body wants a Birth Certificate anymore they request a certified copy from the records department.
