I'm not sure where you're getting this from.
Um...well...should we go back to "THE Conversation" from when we all were little..."When two people love each other very much..."

Ok, in all seriousness (I couldn't resist that)...

Here's the thing, 'popular' belief is that only a man and a woman can love each other. I've known homosexual couples that have been together for just as long (and in some cases longer) as married heterosexual couples (25+ years) and they've had their 'commitment' ceremonies and when they say 'til death do us part,' they mean it just as much as heterosexual couples (and once again, in some cases, more!).

The thing about today is that most heterosexual relationships don't last. Divorce seems to be the 'Hip' thing to do. I love seeing partnerships and marriages last.

It really doesn't matter what we think is sin or not... It's not our rules, or our planet or our universal law...

God says what is and isn't...

If we are humble enough, we will value His position over our own, and it will be for our good, and His glory. Which it is His work and glory to bring about the perfection of His son's and daughters...

godspeed,

freedom

We didn't write it, we don't make the rules....God does. The problem is that many folks try to put a spin on this and other scriptures to soften what God says about unrighteousness and sin, thereby trying to make it seem that God is tolerant of sin. He is not. Oh yes, He is loving, caring and compassionate but He is also just, righteous and HOLY. Don't blame us, we're only the messenger. It's up to you to hear the message and run with it.
This is 100% Bible truth. God says its not OK to be gay, no ifs, ands or buts about it. Born that way or not, its a psychological problem that God can help you deal with and overcome.

Wrong. The word homosexual was added into the bible recently. It used to say "effeminate" not homosexual. Some "human" not God changed it.

You don't think its a sin because our public school system and entertainment industry has made it seem like just an innocent alternative lifestyle. Plus, if they are "born that way", like they say they are (yet there is no scientific evidence to back that up), you must accept it and respect it without question. However, if you look at what the Bible says, and not what MTV or your college professor says, you will come to a very different conclusion.

If you're trying to lecture me on something, I would stop right now. If you're trying to 'indirectly' quote something out of the Bible at me, I would stop right now. I would just stop and go read one of my other posts in the thread about Catholics. You know, the one about worrying about more important things in the world? If you don't want to go hunting for it, I'll post it over here if you really want it, but it's a good lesson.

Depends on what version you use. King James says "men who defile themselves with mankind", which means homosexual.
