Did he lie? can you prove it? he made a huge mistake. This was after 9-11 where people were saying, it might be nukes instead of planes loaded with fuel. If these men were as cruel and heartless to do such things then nukes would be a cake walk. Bush was afraid and he acted on that fear. was he right or wrong to do so, history will tell us.

I do not condone what Bill Ayers did, not at all. Peaceful civil disobedience is, to me, the only way to go.

But you can worry about McCain's sense of judgment by the Keating 5 incident.
|
He was never indicted, I don't know but as far as I know since then he has gained much respect from both sides regardless how they felt about his ideologies.
I am not saying, McCain is a perfect man. Obama is beyond pro choice and as a Christian if you think this country is a mess now wait till we bring an all along the board liberal-pro choice into office. America has been moving in a direction further and further away from God and we are already starting to feel the consequences. It will get alot worse regardless who is in office.

But you are right. His campaign isn't built on fear. What was I thinking. My bad.

No problem, bigthirsty. It's easy to get the terms confused. I figured you were thinking of the comments made about Obama's relationships with questionable figures. I can see how you jump to the conclusion that McCain must also be pushing forth these claims of Messianic proportions.
It's easy to get caught up in the fray of an agenda, could happen to anyone.
It's all good.

It ain't no Christian thats worshiping Obama. They might think they are...but I garantee you they are not Christians. No true to life Christian would worship a politician in this day and age. Yes you are right...we are about to be slapped back to reality by the big man himself.

People worship people since the beginning of time. Catholics with Mary, evangelicals with Jimmy Swaggart and now Obama. Many Christians are looking to him with such reverence, man who will "change" our nation, "change" our way of life, "change" our attitude.

re your post and mccarthyism revisited.
because i see this desperate attempt to tag a us senator as a direct player in the mid east terrorist game over and over and over without a shread of evidence, i just keep thinking are there paid GOP posters working CDF or is it the old commie conspiracy folks come back to play again?

Yes my bad. I do get confused when speaking to people thinking they can draw the obvious conclusion.
My apologies for making such an assumption.

Go Obama! I don't worship him, but I do support him and others who are role models, trailblazers, who have overcome the odds, and who have admirable qualities, imo. God bless.
