I'm just curious who uses what translation of the Bible? I'm not asking how many you have, just which one do you PRIMARILY use. There's no right or wrong answer, this is not meant to break down into arguments, so please don't even get into the "My translation is better than yours" arguments. Which one do you primarily use?

Actually I have several. I like the NIV and of course grew on on King James. I have a four version Bible which I really enjoy. Sometimes reading in several translations gives deeper meaning to the verse.

The Bible beside my bed is the New American Bible (Catholic Study Edition), but I do have a Good News, several NIV, and a few others (without going upstairs to look, I couldn't tell you offhand). For me, having different translations helps understand what's said.

My primary translation is the Young's Literal. The others that I usually use are the New American Standard, Concordant Literal, Interlinear Greek-English NT New King James, King James, English Standard. God bless.

I use several, but the main one I use is the New Living Translation, and like driftwood grew up reading the King James.

Young's Literal Translation
Basic English Bible, sometimes KJV and NIV
with me it's "write the vision and make it plain, sometimes I can't wrap my mind around the Dost and thous"
Thanks
God Bless You

Interesting that KJV is still so popular. I read both NIV and the English Standard Version (ESV)

Combination of KJV and NIV. I like the KJV the best (personal preference), but use the NIV in church because thats what my church uses.
