And how does 'god work out' the contradiction of the order of creation? He created the earth once as in genesis 1, then destroyed it, then created it again as in genesis 2?

Science is not faith, it is skepticism. Scientists are always trying to disprove others' findings, because if they do, they gain reputation and fame. It is always improving. And it is based on OBSERVABLE evidence. NOT FAITH.
First correct thing you have written yet. Macro evolution IS NOT based on observable evidence!!

Example: 1 Chron 29.7
7 They gave toward the work on the temple of God five thousand talents and ten thousand darics of gold, ten thousand talents of silver, eighteen thousand talents of bronze and a hundred thousand talents of iron.

This passage in the bible is King David wanting to built a temple to God and the above passage it what he received. King David lived about 1000BC, but in the list provided he received 10,000 darics of gold. The problem arises is this, the Daric is a coin that was introduced by King Darius I of Persia around 500BC, so how could King David receive these coins if they had not been created during King Davids time.
That's funny. I remember a time when "King David" himself was a myth, the skeptics said, no evidence to prove he existed. therefore a "contradiction"
