Only if you want him to be. He is a politician after all and a darn good one.
Don't get me wrong I am exited to have him in office.

This is wrong for two reasons.

1. You don't know the beliefs/doctrine of the Christians who voted for Obama.
2. You don't know the personal relationship these Christians have with Jesus.

So you can't say these people who voted for Obama are not real/traditional Christians.

If some of you would even acknowledge the CHRIST, you would'nt give much significance as to whom the ANTI would be, knowing the He has you covered! Amen?

The "beast" is found in the book of Revelation. The timing of the entire contents of this book is clearly indicated in both the first and last chapters!

NOTE:

John was shown those things which were in his day to shortly take place (1:1).

John was also told that the time for fulfillment was near (1:3).

SEE ALSO REVELATION 22:6, 10!!!

The beast was someone of that first-century, pre-A.D. 70 time frame--most likely NERO!

What is more is the Beast is not necessarily the anti-Christ or man of sin. Would Jews follow a pagan leader as their false Christ?
A good example of this proto type was Bar Kokhba who revolted against Hadrian in 132-135 AD. He was a classic false Messiah who was Jewish. Jews generally have a pretty good idea that the Christ would come from Judah.

Shimon bar Kokhba

Wow, I mean I think it's been obvious for years now that the Anti-Christ would be a pro-life hockey mom.

I honestly believe it's unfair to label any of the recent candidates including Obama as the Anti-Christ. I mean that's a rather harsh judgment on someone when you really think about it.

When do more Christians stop trying to predict the end of the world and who the Anti-Christ will be and start focusing on Christ and enjoying the wonderful blessing God gave us to be part of this world, and to live in this great country. I guess I just don't believe God put is in this world to spend the majority of our time looking and waiting for doom & gloom.

Thank you J760..A great post and so welcome after days and days of gloom and doom, bellyaching and judgements, and frantic searches for safe places..

All Jesus asked of us was that we be ready, meaning that we should be living a christian life that includes, honor, respect, prayer, charity, love..He told us to stop looking for signs..That is very plain, yet some ignore that and go about the bible searching for scripture they think will prove their "interpretations"..The bible is not a 1000 piece puzzle scattered on the floor where you try to fit a piece where it doesn't belong..If you believe the Bible was directly from the mouth of God, then there is no puzzle, but a complete picture easily seen the same way to all of us..
