Bud, in 2001 I experienced what one would call a NDE, according to the EMT's and the phone call to 911 I was (gone) for 7 minutes. Did I see Jesus, NO. I didn't see anything, no white light, no heaven and no hell. However, this is what I did experience, an overwhelming since of love, peace, calmness, I can't even begin to express these into words. I was aware is all I can say. Upon my return, after they revived me, I was not the same person, my whole personality has changed, my out look on everything had changed. My understanding of what this God is changed dramaticly. I'm not going to try an convince anyone of my experience, for this was meant for me, it changed my life. All I can say is that I do have a profound sense of awareness, peace within and compassion for all things. Today I look at the world with new eyes, I see God in all things and God is all things. I don't see God as an separate enity, for like I said, this thing you call God is All Things.

There are some great words of witness here and I've read each of them. It is amazing how our LORD gives each of His children gifts to be shared with others in the body of CHRIST.

On the subject of seeing our LORD, some of you may have heard of the Evangelist Allen Rich who lives in France and who has a video with Ytube about his experience of seeing the LORD before he was saved. His witness is very convincing.

If you have seen Him, what did He look like? Did He say anything? What was your reaction? How did this change your life? What brought about this event for you? How do you know this was real, and not a hallucination? What did your spouse/friends/relatives think? Was this a once-in-a-lifetime thing for you, or does it happen "all the time"...?
Just curious...
(And no...I have not ever seen Jesus, but my wife says she did)...

Bud

Matthew 5:3-12 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Hi Bud, I wonder how many people will think the people who admit to such an experience are nuts? I am sure there will be a lot of doubters... However the Word says HE is always with us...

For years I kept my experience a secret because I did not want to be seen as a nut, especially considering the circumstances. But GOD expects us to give Him the glory and not keep our gifts hidden. So, gradually, I've become bolder to share with others.

But sadly there are those who refuse to believe in JESUS CHRIST, wether they hear about Him from a Christian sharing a miracle, or from a Christian sharing the great miracle of faith in JESUS CHRIST, through which we have been saved by grace.

Those who love evil, simply do not want the Light. They will create thier own excuses.

I got chills reading this. So awesome! God is so good and amazing in our deepest, darkest time.

When my sister was five or six, she saw "Jesus" in the stairwell of our house. The man was in shepherd's clothing. It could have been an Angel. Who knows. He didn't talk. Just smiled at her.

Before I saw Him that day, I had decided to end my life. Just before I would have ended my life, the HOLY SPIRIT came upon me and there was such peace that I know no words to describe it. Then I saw JESUS in the sky and right away I knew that He was JESUS. At that time He spoke to me and said, "I have no condemnation for you." As I looked at him He kept coming closer and and His glory awesome before me and the brightness of Him,very intense and holy.

I stood there looking at Him and very, very happy. He told me how He cares for me and that His caring is powerful and real and comes from Him. He told me about His awesome friendship. The last words He spoke to me at that time was, "Don't worry, it will be ok."

Thank you LORD for saving me from suicide! GOD is so good!

Jesus looks like what we need to understand about what we can't see.

I see the love of Jesus/God in everything that brings me pleasure, comfort, a smile, joy, nourishment, a strangers greeting and in the trust of my pets.. and most of all, I see him in the peace He has given me that I shall one day see Him face to face, spirit to spirit...That is how Jesus/God shows himself to me..with the pure love that He is...

Bud
At first I said that I did not see God, but I remembered this experience that I had

Well, I said a prayer while I was looking at tv at a preacher and he said that if you want to see God and you are brave enough then say this prayer. So, I did. Then I began to look around. I saw nothing.

But as I looked at the bottom tv that was off, I saw a reflection and I just stared at the reflection. It looked like the side of someones face. I could see a turban, the face, and a beard. I'm not saying that it was Jesus, but I way something.

So, I grabbed my phone and took the picture. A few days later I looked at the picture to my surprise another face was in the picture, near my light. I believe that it was an angel. I could see the face, the nose and the hair. So, I saw something.

I personally believe that Jesus can come in a form that we can see. God came to Abraham, and I believe that He will do the same today.
