That's a misconception. The parable of the 10 virgins clearly spells it out. You cannot be a virgin if you are not a child of God. Many Christians will be left behind because they are lukewarm.

There is no evidence or scripture to support what you are saying. We are warned not to be lukewarm, but if one is truly a Christian they will go in the Rapture.

The parable of the 10 virgins has nothing to do with the Rapture. It's about being wise vs. being foolish. No one in this life is sin free and if you are saying that those who are "sin free" are the only ones going in the Rapture, then NO ONE will be raptured!!!

Only God knows who is truly committed to Christ and what is in their hearts, and no person can judge and say who's going and who isn't. If someone does not get taken in the Rapture, then they were not a Christian as they professed. I believe that's what Robin meant.

You must live free from all willful sin to be born-again; Romans spells it all out, as well as other scriptures. There can be no seed of sin in you. Why would a Christian commit sin? That is the real question. How would you be without spot, wrinkle or any such thing and commit sin?

(1 John 3:9) "Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God."

(Ephesians 5:27) "That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish."

And, the parable about the virgins in Matthew 25 is about Jesus coming during the rapture to take His Bride home; those that make up the bridal company will be spared the tribulation. People should study it very closely. Jesus is coming for a glorious church.

People can accept it or not, but it is the Word of God.

(2 Timothy 2:15) "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."

Only the elect will be in the Rapture (Greek: Harpazo) in the "Gathering of the Saints" and that will happen only after the Great Tribulation. (Matt 24: 29-31)

Who are the elect? The elect are the true believers who obey the 10 Commandments. This is clearly the requirement for the Christians to be able to escape the coming persecution in the Great Trib.

Majority of Christians today break the Sabbath and the 7 Feasts of the Lord (4th Commandment)... so God sent them a strong Delusion... and that Delusion is their blind belief in a "Pre-trib" rapture!

God promised in due time he will sent a true Prophet (Malachi 4:5) to lead his people to a place of safety... here on earth. Those who are under the Delusion and waiting for the pre-trib rapture will surely not heed the call of the Prophet. They will be left behind and subjected to a "trial of fire" in the Great Trib to redeem themselves.

The Reward... a golden crown: Eventually those who chose beheading will be in the 1st Resurrection to rule with Christ for 1000 years. (Rev.20:4)... while the elect (protected by God in the GT) will be raptured and also rule with Christ for 1000 years.

1 Corinthians 10:23 All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful; All things are lawful for me, but not all things edify.

A Christians can sin but it is no longer sin to them because they are washed in the blood of Christ. This does not mean you want to go out and commit every sin your heart desires because then you are not showing love for God but love for the world.

Do you think it possible that the great delusion could be how so many add to and take away fromt he scripture to make themselve sound like they know more than others?

I have heard this excuse all the time. The same goes for the observance of Sunday worship, Christmas, Easter, and other abominations to God... it is always "we know they are of pagan origin, but we are doing it in honor of God or Jesus Christ... so what's wrong with that?"

That is great deception. You are disputing the Word of God. What kind of sins are you talking about?

People who commit sin are giving into the flesh.
