The Bible Teaches clearly that God is a re warder of those who diligently seek Him and believe . I find it helpful to me to ponder the parts of the Bible that are repeated and clear to me. I find it helpful to look for the WAY and THE TRUTH and THE LIGHT. I find it by seeking the STILL WATERS. CAN I GET A WITNESS?

Question it always made me ...

... shudder to hear the word BENEFITS in connection with profit-oriented occidental religionism.

But then, i see myself not commanded to be the judge or advisor or supervisor of anyone of my brothers and sisters (whether in Christ or not).

Where does the word "benefit" come from? It means "doing good".

Let me tell you, when good is done, it also feels good.

What is the benefit of Beliving GOD IS?

I can't wrap my head around this question.........I'm not sure what "benefit" applies to........what is the benefit of the sky? of air? of water? of love? The "benefit" is life itself........I could no more NOT have a relationship with God than I could ignore taking a breath or drinking a glass of water.

that is a thought...........the conclusion : Paying my taxes, running for a bus, helping a friend move, fasting, donating an organ, lending and not being appreciated for it ..............many things feel bad . I could list many things that feel good but are bad. You can not know good or bad in some cases until after the fact ....even then these things are unknown, and I would accept as a fact for me that His benefits are good whether or not they seem that way, AMEN?

Right on....you already know His benefits..........but what is wrong with a deeper breath and clean water, keeping the air clean and the water pure. But a benefit of knowing God might be finding a way to keep it that way. Washington Carver asked God", why did you make the peanut?" He was looking for a way to help his people, and lamented....All we have is peanuts God,why did you make the peanut........what happened when he looked to God.......seldom spoken History. W Carver went in to his lab for so long people began to ask , how can you stay in the so long? He said.Who said I was Alone? hundreds of uses came through Carver , for the peanut. Is this a proof of God and some of his benefits? I am not telling what to think or believe. THANKS FOR YOUR Post

What are the BENEFITS of believing He is? The exact opposite of believing He's not. Make a list.
