So.. if you'd like.. start a new thread on the subject.. and I'll dig everything up again and counter everything you put out there.
You and I will argue back and forth about context and interpretation.. you'll say I'm twisting scripture since that is your thing to do..
then.. we'll just be back at the same point we were before.

What astonishes me most is you think I'm just ignoring something. Like I'm that stupid. Like I wouldn't do my own independent research on the subject.. Like I would just take the word of some redneck baptist preacher who don't know nothing more than his daddy told him while growing up in bucksnort mississippi.. please. because in the end.. and I say this as heartfelt as possible. If God created homosexuals and at the same time tells them "you can't be in love".. then I'd have to walk away from my faith. Its as simple as that..
Yes I know you can and its from people who have shown a lack of respect for God's word, people who profess to be Christian but aren't, people who love their sin and want to hold on it. You can find whatever you want if you look hard enough, even in the bible but that does not make it true- I know you can rebut every verse but your context of scripture will be way off and therefore your interpretation will be wrong. I truly feel for you. You are going down a slippery road with the "gospel of inclusion". Truth is the gospel does not cater to us, we cater to the gospel. I will pray for you as always.

No, I'm skurrda snakes. I've never met a single gay (or straight) person who was into bestiality. I'd suggest that "freedom" produce just one person who wants to be able to marry an animal and then we'll get back to this stupid argument.

Uh... no. The only gay agenda I've heard of is the one made up but nutty evangelicals, used to scare other nutty evangelicals into voting Republican and voting against equality for gay people. But here in the gay world, I've never seen a copy of any gay agenda - anywhere.

Far right/Bible literalist/fundamentalist churchs preach fear - and having this made up "gay agenda" is just another scare tactic they use to fire up their followers. "Oooo... if you don't show up every Sunday and do as we say, the homosexuals are going force schools to teach your 5 year old how to have anal sex. They're filthy, sex crazed, disease-ridden monsters ready to pounce on your little boys and turn them gay. Let's all work together and ammend our state constitution to put them all in concentration camps and make Jesus happy! - and put more money in the plate while you're at it!"
