One "born again" Christian sincerely prays "in the name of Jesus" for rain so that his harvest does not burn and another "born again" Christian sincerely prays "in the name of Jesus" for a very hot, humid day so that his family vacation day at the beach and picnic will not be a rainout. Which one's prayer does God answer?

Both. I doubt the farmer's harvest is on the beach.

Neither. One should pray for the strength to endure adversity and appreciate all the manifestations
of God's Grace without fail. Since when did God become our personal weather assistant? As for being
"born again," one must die to the material world first. You can't clean your boots if they never got dirty. . .

I see nothing wrong with someone asking for good weather. Afterall, didn't Jesus say "whatever you ask in my name..."?

So, why are you being so critical?

He answers the one that is in line with His will.

Should the christians also appreciate droughts, floods, hurricanes, and tornados?

What is good? A good crop? A good outing at the beach, or a good heart?

It's called "critical thinking."

I wouldn't call a hurricane a manifestation of God's Grace; However, I would call surviving a hurricane just that.

Well, God can grant both of their prayers. The world is very big, but there has been evidence, that it can rain in one part of town, and no rain on the other part of town.

Let's not complicate things, this is a very straightforward question. There are areas where beaches are right adjacent to or within walking distance of farmland.

Well, if you don't want our opinion, ask God which one He would answer.

I'd say He would answer the one that coincides with His will...like ILNC said.
