Nope hardly. I simply do not believe the unbiblical 144 hour everything was done creationism. There is a difference between the biblical account of creation and the political movement called "Creationism" which rightfully lost that court battle in Arkansas (guessing here = late 70s early 80s ) to have creationist views forced in public schools. They lost , as well they should have.
The point of the original posted link was for people to use their brains. Once, my biology professor in one his sessions showed us on a film screen the entire skeletal structure of a whale. He pointed towards the flipper part of the whale, and in particular, an appendage growth at the lower end which was much smaller than all the other bones and stated very authoritively and emphatically, "Here we see the evolutionary development of the thumb."
I said, "Sorry Sir, all I see the the skeletal example of a whale flipper."
Blue, you hit on the classic "Life Imitates Art" Statement. Next time someone needs an example of that, I will show this.
Oh and I am an evolutionist. Not a creationist, not into intellegent design (as many of my deist friends are) but an evolutionist
Why would you attribute something of a man made imperfect invention, something extremely inferior to the original copy in nature which is a billion times more complex, and use the word creation to describe it ???
Did'nt it evolve also ???
Or is taking a vital undisputed truth and screwing with it and spinning a wild mythological tale more to modern applied science ???
Must be. Look at our world that science has given us. It's almost destroyed.
