At first when I say this photo, I thought this was a painted picture, then I realized this was a real picture.

I really don't know. I know that tornado clouds look really scary when they do form. So, who knows.

That is intersting, but I can't say that I say MJ in the clouds. But this reminds me of this video of what these people recorded.
