Ps 139:8 is talking about the saved, we can never be separated from God, the lost will be forever separated from Him, the answer to her question is NO.

ILNC, what do you do with Rev 14:9?

Rev 14:9 If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the forehead or on the hand, 10he, too, will drink of the wine of God's fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.

This kind of kills the whole idea of "eternal seperation from God" for me.

You declare it a lie, which is not inherantly true just because you say it. You should start another thread since the point of my OP remains correct at this time.

Also show me in scripture where anyone is seperated from God for eternity?

It seems to me those in the Lake of fire are tormented IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LAMB:

Rev 14:9 If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the forehead or on the hand, 10he, too, will drink of the wine of God's fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. Exactly my point as well ... These people are so clueless sometimes about what the scriptures actually say. They just repeat dumbly what they have been programed to believe. Christ says he will draw all men to himself, not separate most of them for ever. Christ says he will make all things new, not destroy most humans or leave them forever in their sinful state to be tortured for all time and separated from God.

He is also capable of creating an outer darkness where He is not! And that is what the scriptures teach.

I thought you christians believed once you are in hell there's no escape , well what was David talking about then.

Remember you believe hell means eternal torment everytime it's mentioned in the bible .

So this is how it reads according to your understanding if i make my bed in eternal torment you are there . Can you really believe David is saying that ?.

Where does it say that he(God) is not in the outer darkness? Scripture please?

I have news for you ... We are in the outer darkness right now, where there is much weeping and gnashing of teeth ... The outer darkness is the valley of the shadow of death.

2 Samuel 14:14
"For we must needs die, and are as water spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again; neither doth God respect any person: yet doth he devise means, that his banished be NOT expelled from him."

His banished are those whom he has banished because of their sin. He has devised way that they be restored to him, or be nor exiled from him, plain and simple, read it and rejoice ...
