.......Yikes!!......listen to this Bishop's reasoning of scripture. Some in here reason scripture the same way he does not to mention sound like him too.

When are the Episcopals gonna drop the word "church" next to it or for that matter "Christian"?

"You can act out homosexuality with holiness"
Smoothest apologetic I have ever heard from a "Christian" for condoning homosexual behavior.

The Bible is like a fiddle, different people play it different ways. I still cannot figure out how God would choose someone if he engaged in activities labeled "an abomination".

What if Paul was gay, but after his conversion gave it up? Would you have a problem then? Its funny how fundamentalist Christians are outraged at the suggestion that Paul did struggle with homosexuality, yet support ex-gay ministries which attempt to convert gays to heterosexuality.

All this born of Sola Scriptura in a void of Jesus given Authority. Par for the course.

I've heard scholarly debate since I was a kid on Paul's sexuality. This is nothing new and been discussed by many different people.

There's lots that is called "abomination" in the English translation of the Old Testament. Now, I'm not going to argue with you over homosexuality and the scriptures; it's a pointless exercise here. I just want to point out that that particular argument is a little washed out.
