Are mormons, jehovah's witnesses, fundamentalist Bible Christians, universalists, etc all Christians, despite having diametrically opposed beliefs?
I don't understand the hang-up some folks have with being told that they are not a Christian when they deny the basic doctrines.
I think God has put members of His church everywhere ..yep..he is big enough to do that..I will let Him be the judge of who is or isn't following the life example of Christ..He can see their heart and soul..we can't..
This statement opens a whole new can of worms.....
So in other words, as long as I love, I am pretty much free to lead my life my way with no other strings attached?
That depends on your point of view and what you value for your salvation.
To me, I ask for God's grace of Divine Love and I know I'm assured a place in heaven for all eternity. There is no need for death or sacrafice of another soul.
Depending on your beliefs, you may have a different answer.
Jesus didn't pay the price for rome he paid it for everyone.
Where did I mention Rome? I'm not catholic.

So you think that God has members of his church in religions that teach that Christianity is apostate?
You seem to hold to and make doctrine out of many things with RCC origins wether you care to believe it or not. I choose not to.
Believe it or not, the rcc has gotten SOME things right over the years. They are now an apostate church teaching a works-based righteousness, but the Nicene Creed was a good piece of work.
The foundation was laid and established long before the nicene creed.
