1. Have you come here with a certain set of beliefs . . . and through the conversation, been convicted your beliefs/truths were incorrect, or partially incorrect?
2. Or the beliefs you always have had been strengthened?
3. Anyone start to question their doctrine, and be enlightened to new doctrine?
I found scriptural evidence (for myself that is), that Once Saved Always Saved was not truth for me, also, that hell was not a literal place, among other things. Some of that was confirmed by coming here.
But I do ponder and question and research other people's faith/beliefs, and examine my own more closely, since I've been here . . . for me, being able to always see so many sides, sometimes I am left a bit confused, but still enlightened.

Discussion with those who oppose you will often lead to challenging your own beliefs. I have challenged my own many times on CD. Sometimes I have grown more confident, other times had second thoughts. Debate can do nothing but good as long as your mind is opened.
Forums like this are good for everyone because we can learn how others believe and, maybe, our own beliefs can comingle with anothers. Each religion can lead to God if practiced correctly and with an open mind. None of them are 100% right and none of them are 100% wrong. Each religion or set of beliefs have starting pints. It all depends on the willingness of the person to be open to new ideas.

CD has bought about a spiritual change in me. When I discuss with those who are seeking a deeper relationship with God; the difficult verses, I find the most enjoyment even though they are few and far apart. But those who do particpate in them bring me to a deeper understanding and maturity.
But also dealing with others on this forum has helped me develop the character of God of patience, encouragment, repentence and looooong suffering
Hasn't had any effect on me....I'm still Catholic...not going to change just because a fundie on a forum tells me to...or some fundie knocking on my door tells me to either.

Good point.
I am Catholic and I am not changing my life long system of beliefs nor the faith I rely on because someone tells me it's "wrong".
What I do hope to accomplish, however, is to stand firm for the Catholic faith, to fight against misconceptions and outright lies, so that others may realize that the "truth" they think they know about Catholics (usually from some Chick tract) is incorrect.
