Those type of believes are not necessarily Catholic, so I do not think that would be the issue.

Nobody can choose who they fall in love with but if you are able to wait until the first phase of falling in love is over and you can begin to look at a few issues with honesty and talk about them together you might get your answer.

For example, what will your respective position be once you have children? Would you teach them your faith? Would she permit it? Would you accept it if she didn't want to raise them in the Christian faith?
What would your and her position be towards issues such as abortion should you have to face the possibility?
And so on and so on.....

if you are worried about such a scenario, isn't there something about one is made holy by their spouse?
