It doesn't matter. Not caring for animals shows a lack of Christ's love. A righteous man has regard for the life of his animal (prov. 12:10)

Serial killers start by abusing animals. What does that tell you? Wake up ALL barbaric meat eaters.

The god tough love that helps convert anyone to tough love, makes them twice the son of hell(not ET) as the messenger of it . Matt 23 verses 15.

Jesus ate of the flesh of animals, so there is no sin in that.

Christians are not to be thought of as "Better" than the lost.
We Christians are forgiven of our sins,(Even against animals) The lost person is not forgiven

The message of Christianity.

34When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd . So he began teaching them many things. Mark 6

For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost Luke 19 :10

The good news of the scriptures .

It absolutely matters. Some folks would say that leaving a dog outside by itself for any amount of time is abuse, not buying the top of the line dog food, crate training, etc. There are nutso's out there who think that animals = children. We have no idea what standards OP is using to define the abuse.

What I'd like to know is why someone who claims to be so concerned about the animals is asking us to judge the neighbor's Christianity but she doesn't say that she has reported the 'abuse' to the authorities.
OP, Please Explain???

Jesus stands at the door and knocks.
If any man hears, and opens the door, then and only then will Christ enter into his heart .

Jesus does not force the door.

Well He forced the door open of my heart , and is in the process of taking down all the walls of the doctrine of Egypt in my heart .

In fact, no one can enter a strong man's house and carry off his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man(our carnal alienated mind). Then he can rob his house.

Read the Healing of the demon possesed man in chapter 8 and then comeback and tell me Jesus only works through invitation.

yes, Jesus does not force us to faith in him, rather he always stands at the door and knocks.

Its up to us to open the door and allow him to enter in.
many do not hear...many do not ever open the door.
