They don't want to find out the hard way.

He doesn't have a clue of what he is reading. The word house is referred to a body, his house has been made desolate while he just thinks he has the Holy spirit in his house. What his understanding is claiming, it doesn't make any sense, his claim is that all Jews are somehow cut off, when in fact, thousands of Jews believed, but his claim is that all Jews are cut off, it doesn't make sense.

"Forming" sounds like he's a tornado or something. Maybe the next major storm can be called Hurricane Satan.

If you live on 100% certainty, then you don't live in faith.

Quote:
“A god who let us prove his existence would be an idol.”
Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Faith is like a seed; plant it in your heart. God gives the harvest at the appointed time. (Mark 4:26-27,28-29)

“For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.” (Romans 10:10)

Scripture teaches there is nothing wrong with lack of certainty. Behold the man who begged Jesus to come and heal his son:

Quote:
“Immediately the father of the child cried out with tears, ‘I believe. Help my unbelief!'”
Mark 9:24

How did things go for this uncertain man?

They portray him bringing dishonor upon himself and upon his Fathers name--shame on them to not correct that error when a 10 year old can understand these facts.
That's interesting about long hair. But didn't Sampson LOSE his strength and power when Delilah cut his hair? How does that reconcile with your apparently mistaken view?

Quote:
"I am a Nazarite, under a vow to the Lord, not to drink wine, and not to allow my hair to be cut. If I should let my hair be cut short, then the Lord would forsake me, and my strength would go from me, and I would be like other men."
Judges 16:17
Methinks you have read into the Torah and Prophets what you wish, not what it says nor illustrates.
