Why do some Christians persist in thinking that anything that feels good, must be sinful?
Why do these same Christians scour the bible for dour, ridged and forboding passages, ignoring all of the passages, in BOTH the Hebrew scripture and the Christian Scripture, that are joyful, loving and inclusive?
I once did an interesting study of proverbs.
The most famous passages invove the value of corporal punishment and the horrors of women who speak their mind.
But check it out folks - it's not all kid and women bashing!
Proverbs are down right uplifting!
