"I can only imagine" is an awesome song!
I like "In the Garden", "A closer walk with thee" and "The Lord's Prayer"
and as someone said in a christian music thread about a month ago "Handel's Messiah" is the ultimate in Christian music! That just sends chills down my spine.

Even though I don't attend church anymore, I still, occasionally, like to hear the old hymns. One of my favorites has always been, "In the Garden", also. In fact, it was one that I had sung at my grandmother's memorial service, some years back. I guess, because I like to be outside, I like the thought of meeting my Creator in an outdoor setting, on a personal and private level, without outside influences, if that makes sense.
Ok this probably isn't really a Christian song...but it's my niece's song and she is one of God's miracles...so I consider it to be a Christian song if that makes any sense.http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/natal...nt/wonder.html
I don't listen to much Christian music I prefer church hyms. A couple of my favs. are "How great Thou Art", "Nearer My God to Thee" "More Holiness Give Me"
Some other favorites are: "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring", "Beautiful Savior (Crusader's Hymn)", "Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing", "How great the Wisdom and the Love", "O Divine Redeemer", "Softly and Tenderly"
