Just received this in a email from the author of "Hope beyond Hell"
"I received a hand- written letter this past week from a mom who just
lost her son to suicide. She thanked me for Hope Beyond Hell because
she doesnt know how she could go on if she thought her son was in an eternal hell of suffering. Please pray for her. How many millions of
people are tormented by the fear of God and hell? Will you help us
bring them hope and peace too ?."
Isn't it wonderful how we have reflected this image onto millions upon millions of lost people ?.

Free will allows us to be with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Free will allow allows people to choose to not be with them. All of us have a choice to spend eternity with our Father or to not. God invites all people. Choose wisely.

I'm thankful that the scripture is clear on who did the choosing .

Yes many, not billions. Many could mean only 100 or it can mean millions. Have you forgotten how many people have lived and died over the centuries? There will still be a lot of people in heaven but unfortunately there will be many more in hell.

It is what it is, and it ain't no competition. Satan will be in hell burning forever just like everyone else. Free will allows us to choose heaven over hell.....most won't choose Jesus as predicted in the Bible. God always wins but He made the rules real clear on how to spend eternity with Him.
Trying to convince others of your deception will put you there too.
2 Peter 2:1
But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves.

Well nightflight, this is a very confusing post to me also. I may be mistaken but I believe, according to what Jehoiada said at the beginning, that he/she may have made a typo and meant to say they "will all take up residence in hell"....not heaven. Actually let's look at what Revelation 14 says:
Revelation 14:9-11
9 A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: " If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the forehead or on the hand,
10 he, too, will drink of the wine of God's fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.
11 And the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name."

No i haven't , have you ? , i would say you have when you believe only a few will be saved .
Because the church interpret the "few and the many" as only a few of the total of all mankind will be saved, you certainly do not believe the few are many . If you believe the few are many it's the very first time i have heard it described as such .
It's either a few or many , it cannot mean both . It's just another example of the double talk of the church system.

Ilene.. Do you realize that it doesn't say they will be thrown into the fire but will be torment with a purifying agent, sulfur, IN THE PRESENCE of the LAMB? In other words.. not in front of God but in front of the Lamb who has the job of interceding for man to God... What happens when the cup of his wrath is done being poured out?
Being purified after deception is obviously not fun.. look up how sulfur was used in the first century.. then tell me what happens after the purification...
Unless you suppose the Lamb is in Hell, I think you are misunderstanding the verse.
