I agree with you on the doctrines of eternal punishment, however I am reading not form this site, although I provided it for the previous poster who had requested it, but from my own library of the physical text itself. Those very words in which I sourced are indeed from Clement of Alexandria's pen, and it should be considered that although many of his listeners and pupils, such as Origen, did develop his ideas further, it is clear from his work in general, that he wasn't decided on the subject.
Although I may disagree with you on the topic of the judgements in Revelation 20 and Daniel 7, which are identical in subject matter, in that this particular judgement is based on works and "deeds" as you have said, and not through Christ. If this is the case, then I have to accept that this judgement is based on a state of t from those that believe in works that is apart from faith in Christ. It must deal with another group, apart from the faithful in Christ. However, it is clear to me, that Christ is God manifest in the flesh, and those that have put their faith in Him before He came to be amongst the Jews, have identically put their faith in Christ, because they are both the First and the Last, the Alpha and Omega, so they are one in the same. Yet, this judgement is a judicial decree based on works, so we must conclude that this judgement is directed at those, at least in my opinion, under the law of Moses, a covenant of works. This judgement does not, in my understanding of the Bible, involve those who have or have not put their faith in Christ. Does this imply there are two covenants? God bless you, and thank you for the links to the angelic conflict. It should be a good read.

How do you know for certain that it was actually Clement of Alexandria who wrote it? Do you have evidence that supersedes the evidence presented in the above link? I am curious to know your evidences if you have them ...

Hello Ironmaw1776,
Thank you for your response and further inquiry on Clement of Alexandria. In short, I have several volumes of work, including encyclopedias, that cite Recognitions as that of Clement's words and thoughts. A google search on the work itself will yield you plenty of sources that confirm this. Here is a list of many books in the third and fourth centuries I found for you to study further.
