If you want to know how the "early church fathers" conducted church, all one has to do is read the epistles (letters to the churches) in the Bible...they give a pretty good idea of how things were run back then. IMO, it should still be the same today...

Again, this makes no sense. What is your point? Is it relevant that the writings of early church fathers were not canonized, and how does that relate to whatever it is you are saying about false teachers? You seem to be trying to say something here, but cryptic one-liners aren't the way to go about it.
