If you are a Christian, a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, and if you hunger for the word of God, if you desire to grow spiritually, then I challenge you to take an hour of your time, time which God has given to you, time which is redeemed in the study of God's word, to listen to this Bible class, this lession which is titled 'Experiential Righteousness is the Expression of Positional Righteousness.' And in so doing, I give you an opportunity to begin advancing in your spiritual life even to the point of spiritual maturity if you will but persist. I could have selected some other lesson, but I have just listened to this one and wanted to share it.

If you accept the challenge, then before listening, first be sure to name your known sins to God the Father as per 1 John 1:9 so that you are under the control of the Holy Spirit and able to understand things that are of a spiritual nature. And I will ask you to give the message your full and undivided attention and concentration.

Here is the lesson...

Wed Mar 31, 2010 - Experiential righteousness is the expression of positional righteousness - Robert McLaughlin Bible Ministries / Grace Bible Church - bible doctrine truth in Christ

The greatest virtue in the Christian life is knowledge of Bible doctrine. Bible doctrine is the means by which you as a believer come to know God and His plan for your life. As your knowledge of God increases, so does your capacity to love God. And as your capacity to love God increases, so does your capacity for life, love for people, and happiness.

As a believer in Christ, as a member of the royal family of God, you are commanded to grow in your spiritual life.

2 Peter 3:18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

How?

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Why?

Matthew 4:4 But He answered him and said, ''It is written, 'Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.''

Your spiritual life is strictly a matter between you and the Lord and you must live your own spiritual life. No one else can live it for you. You are responsible before the Lord for your decisions to obey His command to grow up, or to disobey and remain ignorant of His plan for your life. To that end, I present this lesson. I hope that some may find it of help.

If you have found it useful, here is the main site. Robert McLaughlin Bible Ministries / Grace Bible Church - bible doctrine truth in Christ

Ok, I'll take that challenge Mike!! I'll take the time this evening to listen and learn. My mind seems to be like a little sponge right now so it's a good time.

I hope and wish that many will take the challenge and listen. For some, it may be the kind of doctrinal teaching they have been looking for but not getting from their own local church. In every generation, God sees to it that there are prepared pastor/teachers who faithfully teach and communicate the doctrines and principles of His word.

For those who totally reject the church and who call all doctrine nothing but the doctrines of men, they will not and need not bother. But some believers are looking for good solid doctrinal teaching. They may find what they are looking for here.
